Project Manager

The Project Manager works with internal and external customers to create optimum sales productivity by: demonstrating efficiencies in the estimating process, managing all communication aspects of projects from development to completion, and upholding current sales processes with quality of service and accuracy.

If you would label yourself as:

  • Sales and industry knowledgeable
  • Experienced at developing a customer base
  • Able to create estimates and interpret customers’ needs
  • A Self-starter and Team player      
  • Having proficient Computer Skills (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Project)
  • A clean Motor Vehicle Record, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and current driver’s license

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator works closely with a Project Manager to create optimum sales productivity by: demonstrating efficiencies in the estimating process, fostering and maintaining customer relationships, and upholding current sales processes with communication and accuracy.

  • Able to develop and interpret customers needs

Estimator

Department:           Sales
Type:                         Full-Time
Classification:        Non-Exempt          

The estimator position will be responsible for identifying client needs on respective projects and pricing those needs. You will present your estimates to the project and accounting managers.

  • Perform detailed quantity take-offs, scope reviews, and pricing for various projects types from the concept design stage to the working document stage.
  • Work closely with project managers and coordination team to obtain all necessary project information to complete the estimate. 
  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare time, cost and labor estimates for products, projects or services.
  • Analyzing and comparing bids with projected budget costs.
  • Continually checking the work product for accuracy and completeness.
